1. Information we collect

We may collect account and authentication data; project profile data; country, city, state, school, business, brand, team, website, and contribution-cause selections; taps, contributions, reputation, rankings, posts, media, votes, comments, friendships, moderation history, and administrative records; browser, device, language, time-zone, cookie, guest identifier, network, security, and approximate location data.

When you use these features, we may also record your optional political alliance choice, quest progress and answers, and invitation or referral relationships.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and profiles, process and synchronize game activity, calculate rankings, display the map and community, moderate content and entities, prevent abuse, secure and troubleshoot the service, communicate with you, comply with law, and improve HERO WORLD.

3. Public information

Your Hero name, project avatar and cover, biography, mission, links, selected public communities, publications, reputation, Kindness statistics, and social activity may be visible publicly. Do not publish information you do not want others to see.

Your individual political alliance choice is not shown on your public profile; aggregate political league standings may be public.

4. Service providers and AI

We may disclose information to hosting, security, content-delivery, communications, payment, analytics, storage, and moderation providers only as needed for their services. Submitted entity or content data may be processed by AI systems for safety, duplicate detection, and moderation. Payment providers process payment details under their own policies.

5. Cookies and guest play

Cookies and similar storage keep the service working, preserve guest identity and selections, support security, and connect eligible guest activity when you sign in. Blocking required storage may prevent parts of the game from working.

6. Retention and security

We retain information while needed to provide the service, preserve legitimate statistics, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Expired operational batches may be aggregated or deleted. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may update project profile information and account settings through the service. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing, and to receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. HERO WORLD does not sell personal information. Requests may be sent to max@anonymno.com and may require identity verification.

8. Children and international use

HERO WORLD is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as HERO WORLD develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to max@anonymno.com.
