Terms

Kindness and the Russian Federation

The operator considers the Russian Federation an aggressor state. Crediting new Kindness to the Russian Federation or Russian cities as geographic game beneficiaries is prohibited. With Russia selected, the geographic credit goes to Ukraine and Kyiv instead; the player still receives the ordinary personal credit. Historical totals are not retroactively erased. Geographic credit to Russia may resume only after Russia pays reparations to Ukraine and the operator expressly announces resumption. This is a platform policy, not a statement that players are prohibited based on nationality.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use HERO WORLD only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials.

2. Game activity

Kindness, reputation, rankings, light, and other game values are virtual features. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred for money, and do not create ownership or a right to a prize. Automated tapping, forged requests, manipulation, or attempts to bypass limits are prohibited and may be corrected or removed.

Earning and using Kindness

Kindness consists of internal points in the HERO WORLD and anti·ntwrk ecosystem. Users can earn Kindness without making monetary payments by playing HERO WORLD and performing actions provided for in the rules. No purchase or donation is required to earn Kindness this way. Credits are subject to the applicable rules, limits and anti-abuse measures.

Supporting charitable initiatives is voluntary and is not required to participate in the game or earn Kindness. Confirmed payments under eligible programs may also earn Kindness according to the rules shown before payment.

Kindness earned without payment can be used for the same available features as Kindness credited for confirmed support. In particular, you can request fact-checking using Kindness earned in the game without making a monetary payment. Fact-checking still requires Kindness to be reserved and charged according to its terms.

The relationship between a payment amount and the Kindness credited is a points-award rule, not a monetary valuation of Kindness or an obligation to exchange it back. The operator does not exchange Kindness for money or cryptocurrency and does not pay monetary returns merely for holding Kindness.

3. Contributions, causes, and promotions

You can voluntarily support one of three causes: help for Ukraine, a direct donation to CEREBRAL PALSY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, or help for Super David. An eligible confirmed payment earns virtual Kindness, regardless of the cause. Free taps are game actions, not financial donations. You can play without paying; real charitable support is always a separate choice.

Help Ukraine: Funds are directed through UNITED24 or to specific needs agreed with units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is a HERO WORLD initiative, not an official fundraiser of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or UNITED24. On request, we provide evidence of amounts and how funds were used, excluding other people’s personal data and sensitive military information.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve HERO WORLD. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content is lawful.

5. Names, brands, and logos

References to a school, employer, business, brand, website, or team do not imply endorsement. If you add a name or logo, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. The operator may remove, rename, merge, or restrict an entity after moderation or a valid rights complaint.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may review content and activity using automated systems and human moderation. We may limit visibility, correct statistics, remove content, suspend features, or block an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, or comply with law.

7. Service availability

The service is provided as available. Features, rankings, and displayed totals may change, be delayed, or be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Questions may be sent to max@anonymno.com.
